ARRCS’ executive team have a strong grounding in management, health services, aged care, disability, rehabilitation, government and working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Together, they work to ensure that people and their communities throughout the Northern Territory have access to culturally informed care and support.
Wendy Hubbard
General Manager
Wendy joined the ARRCS Executive Team in 2019. She previously held the roles of General Manager of Bega Valley Health Service in New South Wales and Executive Director (Sub-acute and Community) for Ballarat Health Services in Victoria. Wendy brings an optimistic drive, accountable leadership and strategic thinking for operational excellence. She holds a Master of Business Administration, a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Management, a Master of Applied Science in Human Movement and Biomechanics, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy
Cathy Thomas
Executive Director
Cathy joined the ARRCS Executive Team in 2019 and the UnitingCare Queensland Executive Leadership Team in 2016, after four years as Director of Services South East, Blue Care. Cathy has worked across many Queensland Health clinical areas and has vast experience in Blue Care through working in clinical, human resources, key management and leadership roles. Cathy has a Master of Business Administration, Graduate Diploma of Business Management and a Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) and also completed a Leadership Program at Harvard University.
