Cathy Thomas

Member of the Board

Cathy joined the ARRCS Board in January 2025 and has served on the ARRCS Executive Team since 2019.  Cathy is currently the Group Executive, Aged Care and Community Services [BlueCare] and has been part of the Executive Leadership Team for UnitingCare Queensland since 2016.  Cathy has vast experience working in clinical, human resources, management and leadership roles and is a current member of the National Aged Care Advisory Council and Chief Executive of Women.  She has a Master of Business Administration, Graduate Diploma of Business Management, a Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) and completed a Leadership program at Harvard.
